The SmartFit Conform Back Rest takes sitting comfort to a new level, with patented back support technology that works in nearly any type of chair. The SmartFit System allows you to customize the height of the back rest to your personal comfort colour for max support for your spine and lumbar. Ventilated back panels conform to your body type through four independent springs that articulate when you shift your posture. Ventilated, it dissipates heat to keep your back cool and dry.
SmartFit System lets you measure, adjust and fit the back rest to your ideal comfort color setting.

Brilliant back support
This is a really novel backrest with unusual but clever set up process. I've never used my hand to determine what the set up for a backrest should be but with this product it really works. I used the guide to determine the appropriate set up and it's been perfect. The actual support is brilliant. It flexes so you don't feel like your spine is pressing against anything solid. It feels like it molds into your back. Cannot fault it.

Great piece of kit

Fantastic product
This product has helped so much with the daily struggles with backpain in my jobs. It helps keep you sitting straight and helps with posture. The back panels move with you instead of been ridged. Very easy ro install to most chairs, and a easy guide of how to set it up. Has adjustable settings which is very easy to do. Would definitely buy again.

Comfortable and adjustable
I’ve had back issues a while and always find a back support helps but this is one of the best I’ve had. It truly is adjustable in many way. The unique adjustable system at the back ensures the height adjusts to you and the straps at the back are much better than your usual back straps. Was really impressed with this.

Adjustable back rest
I love how easy this was to set up, the height is adjustable so you can have it to support the part of your back that needs it most. Both sides of the backrest move separately which was handy as my back pain is usually on the left. The fabric makes it breathable which will be great going into summer as when I’ve used a cushion it can make my back feel hot

Expensive for what it is
Don’t get me wrong. It is a good product. It has a lot of different functions, but it doesn’t sit on the chair very securely and for the price it is you would be much better investing in a decent desk chair.

So far so good
So far so good! Have been using this since starting working from home 3 weeks ago and definitely notice a difference in back pain after sitting for along periods. The item in the box doesn’t come with an instructions so had to google to find a videos with what each colour and the hand meant.

Helps make my working day more comfortable
I am very impressed with this back rest. Having an office role, i have used many back rests before yet after a while they seem to sag and no longer help. This one however is sturdy. Its easy to use and has a helpful guide to adjust to your measurements. The back rest really does contour to your requirements and does make for a comfortable day. Easy to use, highly recommend.

Great support for home working
This is a great support to add to my work chair. With working from home the majority of the time this is really helping my back. It’s comfy and really supportive, it adjusts easily and has a handy guide to show you which setting is best for you. It easily fits on to my desk chair and it’s a good size. The quality is great and it’s super sturdy.

Back to being Comfortable
I was really excited for this as I have a bad back due to a car accident 9 years ago, I’ve tried all sorts of chairs but none seemed to help. At first you get a hand size chart which indicates which setting you should use. I have super small hands so my hands were actually none of them so I stuck with the lowest. It goes onto the chair really easily. Each side moves separately which means it’s comfortable to sit and move around. I’ve noticed my back even cracks a little whilst moving on it. It’s helped stop my aching I normally get really quickly. I wish I had found this earlier!
