Samsung 2.0 45w power bank port connections bad
Struggling to get support from Samsung Order this in May 2025 The middle port stopped working first, then another side until all stopped unless you hold cable in continuously while charging ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Stopped working after a few months. Lights come on and charges for a few seconds then stops. Makes a weird noise too.

Bad Product, won’t work after months
I doesn’t charged after 6 months, what a terrible product. Brought it for its big brand name, honestly, don’t buy this product, it is a waste of money.

Lightweight, Packs a Punch.
First off, a really great PowerBank from Samsung. I bought this as a student and really needed the massive capacity as well as the fast charging speed. 20,000mAh lasts a lot and I don't even have to charge it as frequently. It is compatible with so many devices and works really well with Samsung ones especially with the latest PD Technology. I must say as well, 3 ports is shocking and being able to charge at the same time is well done. And the weight, I assumed 20,000mAh to be heavy but this is suprprisingly lightweight and in a good way. Now it doesn't have to be a pain to carry power banks anymore. I will say, the cable is somewhat tacky which I didn't expect from Samsung but it isn't all that bad and gets the job done well. Overall Samsung, excellent product and hope to see 30,000mAh next. XD

Solid Power Bank
I bought this a month ago and it holds a good amount of charge. It's pretty quick at charging my phone and it was much needed for a three day music festival that I attended. It kept me going until the end.

I can advise that the Samsung 20000mAh Portable Power Bank - Beige with it's 45W high-capacity 20,000mAh battery can typically charge a single phone from 0% battery to 100% in approximately 30 to 40 minutes but there are many factors to consider that may affect how fast this can charge.
