I have taken a look at the instructions for building the Argos Home Harrogate Double Velvet Bed Frame and can confirm that the foot part of the bed is 580mm and the height of the legs is 217 mm. There is an Ottoman version of the bed where the frame lifts up from the side, can be found at 207/7756
Harrogate Double Ottoman Bed Frame - Silver the bottom of the storage area is a base board.
