£30 dearer and days late
After buying my new brother machine I discovered that on another site it was £30 cheaper and then to add insult to injury they gave it to a delivery company that couldn't offer any help when it wasn't delivered on the delivery date. Numerous phone calls later I was offered help by a lady in the Argos "phone " department. I was offered £15 as a present or bribe....I said no. I won't be buying again . I am very happy with my machine but when the time comes to replace it, it won't come from Argos
