Busy body of a sewing machine.
To replace a decades old industrial one in the garage, used only 3 or 4 times a year. This one bought now is lovely. Portable. Manageable. And will suit the beginner. The experienced and the learner ( like me the husband). Way to store away back in the box and the handy instructional CD video is excellent perhaps without the condescending childish voice. Good looking. Takes a bit to learn and get used to but a really good compact and versatile piece of kit.

Sewing machine
I bought this because I was wanting to fix a zip in my granddaughters coat. I was using the double needle to sew the zip in along with zip foot peddle. To begin with I had to look up online to find the instructions how to use this as there was nothing wrote about it in the few bits of paper that were there. Even after finally finding the zip foot section there were no clear instructions other than to make sure the needles go through the hole and don’t catch on the edges. Again I had to look up how to thread the double needle there were no instructions as such just something about not posting the left thread through the catch before posting it through the needle. Once sewing i made sure the needles passed through and started sewing only to find after a few stitches one of the needles snapped. This was really frustrating especially since the instructions were useless. I now have to try replacing the needle. Not a good start
