You're done with gym commutes and ready to train at home. This Reebok exercise bike connects to Zwift and Kinomap for immersive rides. You'll choose from 32 resistance levels and 18 preset programmes. The 9 kg flywheel keeps your pedalling smooth. Track speed, distance, calories and pulse on the touchscreen LED console.
Adjust the saddle and handlebars to fit your position perfectly. Pedal straps secure your feet during hard intervals. Hand grip sensors monitor your heart rate throughout. You'll move it easily with the transportation wheels. The electronic resistance changes instantly when you switch programmes.

Excellent exercise bike
This is a great exercise bike. It is quiet, smooth and sturdy. I am 5ft 3in tall and my partner is 6ft 1in, the adjustable seat works perfectly for both of us. Using it with a tablet, the Reebok app provides good workouts and metrics, syncs up with Strava, but also great for Zwift too. Overall super happy with it, would recommend

Pedals too far apart
The main problem was the distance between the pedals. The base unit was so bulky, that the pedals were uncomfortably far apart, and every time my foot came up my knee had to swivelled inwards. This was uncomfortable and I am sure would have caused knee or hip problems after long term use. Having done some research I have learned that the distance between the pedals is called the Q factor. Consequently I had to return the bike.

Prompt delivery by Argos - as usual. Thanks Argos. There was a problem with the knob that holds the handlebars - and I DON'T mean ME ! :-). The thread on the bolt was gnarly/cross-threaded. A phone call to Reebok Customer Support & a replacement knob was sent. Happy Customer 👍

Study and smooth
Been using this daily for just over 2 weeks. Excellent delivery from Argos and paid the best price online. Machine feels sturdy and smooth. Console is easy to navigate. I’m 5 foot and the seat height is fine. Seat is comfortable. I used a you tube video to help with the setting up. Reduced a star for setting up only because the wire was a bit fiddly. The packaging and labelling of parts was great. Overall I’m very pleased I got this bike and used Argos as their delivery service is excellent.

Well made bike with plenty of features.
I bought this to replace an existing exercise bike and happy I did. Surprisingly well made for the money with plenty of programmes to try. The instruction booklet itself is very good and not the usual thing you get with most products. Two people are a must when assembling certain bits but the instructions do point to this. Little tip, when assembling the neck to the body, push the electrical connector down into the main body of the bike. Otherwise, as I found, I couldn't push the the cable down the neck having connected the screen on top. On the whole a great purchase and one I thoroughly recommend.

No, the FR30 does not support connection to external heart rate belt monitors. It only tracks heart rate using built-in hand pulse sensors.
