Good effective and sturdy bike
I've had this exercise bike a couple of weeks now, it's a very sturdy metal bike with a good resistance range to chose from. I'm very happy with it and can feel my leg muscles have been used after each session, especially thighs. All round a good product, would recommend. Just about 15 minutes to put together.

Exercise bike
Bought as full knee replacement + used as help to strengthen/exercise muscles. Been a marvellous help to my recovery. Stays firmly in place on the floor + does not take up much space. Excellent purchase.

Very happy
I have mobility issues and also carry a lot of weight. I was looking for something to help with gentle exercise that I could gradually build on. I decided on this seated exercise bike and am so pleased that I did. I have been using it daily for just under three weeks and find it perfect for my requirements. I started with setting one for ten minutes a day for the first week, then setting two for the second week, and so on. The bike is on the carpet, and I haven't had any problems with it creeping forward. It was easy to put together. Bear in mind that it is pretty heavy, but that is to be expected, given its intended use.

Bike without a bike
It's a concept that has not worked for me to pedal under the desk while working due to desk being too low and my knees hitting it each move and also my chair has the tripod wheel that makes it a really unhealthy angle to engage in this exercise. But, the design is good, assembly easy, it's a quiet piece if equipment and I now use ot while watching tv. It dies not slide away from me like it was mentioned in other reviews but it may be a carpet thing.

Sturdy and solid
Box is a little heavy. Assembly included screwing the footrests onto the arms, which was straightforward. I've used it three times so far, and it's easy to set the resistance, but getting a suitable body position is taking some time. The unit slides forward, or I find myself leaning back into the chair. I'm sure that I'll settle into it though, and I'm satisfied with the purchase

Excellent bit of kit
I brought this to strength my legs and knees due to a medical problem I have. It works a treat but because I'm a large guy (24 st ) it does tend to move on the carpet so I put it against the wall , problem solved. Quite to use and easy to assemble . Would recommend to anybody for help with strengthing legs.

Good exercise for legs
Bought to daid my recovery following a total knee replacement. It helps to mobilise my knee without putting pressure on the joint. It is very stable , does not move around the floor. One slight negative is it’s quite heavy to move but I knew that before I purchased it
