Replacement for faulty machine works well
We bought this a few months ago now and had to replace the first machine as it was faulty. We paid for installation and the delivery people made an excuse for not being able to fit it. The excuse turned out to be untrue, but Argos were very fair in dealing with our complaint. Getting hold of Argos to make a complaint was however extremely difficult. The replacement machine received in early September has given us no trouble. Our only reservation with the design of the new machine is it has a panel rather than buttons to push, which may not be as robust. Time will tell!

It took 3 visits from Hoover engineers to make it work properly, due to a loose drum. After that it has worked well.

I instantly loved using this washing machine. You can fit so much into one load saving time and energy. There are many cycles of varying lengths for how dirty the clothes are and it is very quiet.
