Good enough, I like being able to set the power levels displaying numbers, and being able to add time while it is cooking. Didn’t give a 5 star because I find the turntable a bit unsteady. Easy to clean too!

I have used this for a week now and overall I would say that it's ok not outstanding, not bad just ok The control buttons and the label over each button (microwave, autocook, etc) are not large enough and not clear enough to use or read easily.

Takes some getting used to…
Looks good and appears to work as intended - however internal light is rather dim and cooking time setting is a bit odd (either multiple button presses presenting 30s each at full power, or having to go through power setting option - even if you want full power - in order to be able to set cooking time with knob)

Looks good, easy to use, very poor interior light
I like it, easy to use but interior light is extremely poor, much like most reviews have said already and what only 4 stars from me. Otherwise very pleased, no reduction unfortunately but looks good and performs well. Point worth noting, the door opens from the inside hinge and needs about 2cm gap if building in - or else oven would need to be proud of cabinet. No problem if freestanding.

Faulty brand new microwave?!?
Brand new Samsung 32L microwave and the defrost function does not work?!? How Samsung manages to get this wrong straight out the box really baffles me?? As a loyal Samsung customer who has several high end products, their brand credibility is something I have been questioning for years and this incident reinforces the fact that Samsung have grown too big and too fast to sustain the standards and quality controls needed. I had a similar experience with a brand new Samsung dishwasher and mobile phone a few years ago.
