Only brought this a few weeks ago.. Does the job, however it doesnt come with a user manual...heat up food evenly...and it great for a family of 4-6!

Its ok not what i expected for the price paid. Had i the time and energy to do so would have returned and picked something similiar on the cheaper side. I feel it does not stand up to the 1000watt power. My old 800 watt was more powerful.

Ok microwave but useless interior light
Have only recently bought this microwave so can’t comment fully on all the functions or settings. Only bought this particular make and model as I wanted a large capacity microwave and the Panasonic one I had before purchasing this Samsung broke in less than a year. Seems ok on initial use, but as others have said the downsides are not having a full paper copy of the user manual (have to download and print yourself) and the fact that you literally cannot see a thing inside the microwave when you are cooking anything as the light inside is so weak and the microwave interior/door glass is so dark. That makes it a guessing game if anything is bubbling over or not.

Excellent purchase
Bought this to replace our fantastic ten years ago old one. Wasn’t inspired by any I had seen, and wanted a silver one. hubby spotted this, with a decent discount. It’s solid, looks amazing, has lots of functionality, with a 1000kw capacity. Excellent value for money, quality and looks. Love the top integrated handle, very sturdy.

Great performace and larger than standard size
Bigger than commonly found allows for larger dishes to be used. Fast as 1000 watts power but allows adjustment to lower power levels when following cooking instrucitons. Unable to see anything through the door even though it is lit from inside. Not simplist to use as multiple button press to get started due to options but once you learn process its acceptable. So far has operated without fault. Very pleased with performance.
