Very heavy.
I bought this a month ago and it is not what I was expecting. It is extremely heavy and makes my wrist ache. The battery has to be disconnected from the hand piece to charge it, which in turn is very fiddley. On the upside, it is extremely powerful and the bend feature in the pole is brilliant.

Doesn’t pick up and debris spits out of head
Sorry to say but absolutely rubbish don’t waste your money, my old vax blade was much better than this and easier to use in my opinion, when I’m hoovering it doesn’t pick up great having To go over bits on the floor 2 to 3 times and then if I lift the hoover up bits fly out everywhere when on or off, and before you say ….yes I’ve checked the pipe for blockages and the the hoover is empty, also it’s only 2 months old, and fluff collects inside the front of the motor head in which I have to keep cleaning out, totally disspointed.unfortunately this is my last vax I’ll be purchasing.

First Class
Bought this vax recently while on sale. Was good choice as it replaced my old vax upright battery controlled hoover purchased in 2017. Only thing I found was the weight of battery ie quite heavy but having two is good. Still use the hand held piece for flies etc. I would recommend any Vax equipment as also have their Carpet cleaner and free floor steam cleaner also purchased recently.

Great cleaner
A great little clearer easy to handle and use. The free tools that come with it very useful a round the house . We have had other makes of small clearers but not as good as this one , and they usually cost a lot more than vax ,

Good quality and features
I bought this at the end of the day and it arrived next day before noon. It is very good to clean around and battery is strong and good. I am happy with this so far and still using it around the house. I recommend this and it was surprised to arrive that quickly after I placed my order. It came with many accessories which I found good to clean most of the daily tasks.

Fantastic machine
This is the second VAX cleaner that I have bought and it is brilliant. I loved my original one, but this is easier to use, more powerful and adaptable. Now considering buying one for our daughter who has problems with fibromyalgia

Better than the alternative
I took possession of this Vax vacuum cleaner about 10 days ago and I have been impressed by how it works. It cleans quickly and efficiently. The light on the brush bar is helpful. The most useful part is the flexible hose which makes cleaning the stairs so much easier.

This would be personal choice. I can see this pet vacuum has Debris Detect technology and anti hair wrap which is not on the non pet version.
