decent sized mat
decent sized mat when so many for sale are tiny and it lies nice and flat. Its slimline but soaks up the wet footprints OK. Haven't tried to clean it in any way yet - the outside of packaging described it as a washable mat but the website says not so who knows.

We would recommend that the user exert caution when using the mat on a floor that could cause the mat to slip. It would be difficult to say for sure whether the mat would be suitable without testing the mat on the actual carpet

Having checked I can see this is not suitable for outdoor use so would not recommend leaving this in the rain however it is absorbent enough for wet shoes.
