Great rowing machine
Really good rowing machine, love the fact that it folds away compact, good when you don't have alot of space. The machine is nice and quiet and very smooth to use. Easy to set up. Simple display. Can connect to phone or tablet. Have given 4 stars only because you have to get an ifit membership to use full range of workout programmes, otherwise you need to just use the basic digital display or basic ifit function which isn't that great. But ignoring that, the machine is very good and solid.

Our supplier has advised that the fly wheel weight is not documented.
In regards to the display, the following options are available -
Calories (CALS)—The approximate number of calories you have burned.
Calories per Hour (CALS/HR)—The approximate number of calories you are burning per hour.
Distance (M)—The distance that you have rowed in meters or feet. Press the ST/M button to select the desired unit of measurement.
Pulse (BPM and heart symbol)—Your heart rate when you use a compatible heart rate monitor (see step 5).
Resistance (RESIST)—The resistance level of the row bar.
Strokes—This mode shows the number of rowing strokes you have completed.
Strokes Per Minute (STR/MIN)—This mode shows the number of rowing strokes you are completing per minute.
Speed (KPH)—Your rowing pace in kilometers per hour or miles per hour. Press the ST/M button to select the desired unit of measurement.
Time—The elapsed time.
Watts—Your approximate power output in watts.
500 Meter Split (500 M SPLIT)—Your rowing pace in the number of minutes it takes to row 500 meters.

“ The unit can be used in manual mode, the model number is correct as PFRW58121-INT.
If the customer would like to use iFit this would need to be purchased separately and used on a tablet or phone. ”
