Im Tibor, who asked the question, the answer is wrong, no ability on that watch for fall detection or emergency call, or warning I checked the huawei website, the argos answer from a different source, so thats aability is not true. If you would by for those 2 things, dont do, that misinformation. Ill ggoing to send back. Another shame from the argos, or the huawei

From the information we have available, I can advise the HUAWEI Watch D2 48mm Smart Watch does have a fall detection feature. When enabled, it can detect major falls and trigger an emergency SOS, contacting your emergency contacts if you don't respond within a certain time.
To enable it, follow these steps:
Open the Huawei Health app on your paired smartphone.
Go to Me > Profile > Emergency information and fill in your personal data.
Add emergency contacts by going to Emergency contacts > Add emergency contacts and selecting the contacts you'd like to add.
On your watch, enter the app list and go to Settings > Security & privacy > Emergency SOS.
Enable Fall detection from this menu.
Once enabled, the watch will detect major falls and trigger an emergency SOS if you don't respond within a certain time.
