I will pop a link below for the wall brackets. The Vesa mount on the Tv is 200 x 200 you just need to select the type of wall bracket and check it has the selected vesa mount size on it.

This will depend on the bracket, M6 is correct, you would then need to use the washers that come with the bracket to make it compatible. Usually the stand off washers between the TV and the bracket and then standard washers for the bracket and the head of the bolt.
