Lovely desk!! I would buy it again
I instantly liked the look of this desk online but it’s even better in person!! I changed the handles to something more modern and it’s just perfect. I had my handyman assemble it, it took him about an hour and a half and he said it was pretty decent quality. It feels sturdy but it’s not super heavy and it’s very functional- enough room for my laptop, 2nd screen, medium sized plant, notepad, and phone. I did initially think £380 was a little pricey but I got it in the sale for £310 so that softened the blow lol. The draws are really deep and spacious too. I would definitely recommend this desk!

Beautiful desk
Beautiful desk, well made, sturdy and lovely oak. It was a real shame the panels weren’t labeled so A LOT of trial and error trying to figure out what was what! 2 hours to build - definitely a two man job. Worth it though!

Good looking but time-consuming
We bought this desk 2 weeks ago. There were dozens of pieces which took ages to set out on the floor. It took my husband a total of 4 hours to build the desk and although we are very pleased with it, we thought it was very time-consuming. It might be wise to give a clear indication of the work involved in putting together this item.

Great design and stylish
I would give this 5 stars but unfortunately the varnish on the material marks really easily; you can see where my monitor stand and coaster has been. Other than that really happy with the purchase

Fine. Simple & Small
Easy enough to put up, although instructions are basic (as with all things these days...) Bear in mind it is not a high end product, so any small mistakes are not easy to rectify. [In exuberance, youngest child pushed the drawer in when I was not watching - drawer not perfectly in line, but impossible to remove it & straighten it....and of course there is no customer service from companies to explain such things...]

Beautiful stylish desk
I am so glad that I bought this desk. A carpenter working in the house assembled it for me and he was very impressed with the quality. I needed a desk to put my sewing machine on, and it is perfect for my needs. The drawers are a good size, even the middle one. There is plenty of room for me to sit at the desk and my chair fits easily underneath when put out of the way. There are even pads under the feet to protect flooring. Perfect!

The distance from the floor to bottom of the drawers is 400mm. The height from the floor to the underside of the desk part in the centre is 649mm. The total height is 750mm.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Harlene 5 Drawer Office Desk - Natural: The finish on the back is the same as it is on the front of the product, however as the desk is over 60cm tall it should be securely attached to the wall to prevent overturning.
