I bought this cooker and couldn’t be happier.

Part great, part not
Looks good and hob is fantastic, BUT the ovens are questionable. Main oven you cannot put to/ use 200° as it has a non changeable air fry function at that temperature. What is the point of having a main oven that you cannot use 200° on?!! Cooking times are totally different in main oven to those in the top (even taking into account adjusting temp for the fan). Top oven is great - it's small but does at least cook as you would expect. If you adjust temp as you normally would for a fan oven in the main oven - then nothing cooks within the usual timeframe. Have only used main oven once put in a roast - cooked using the timer according to instructions - still raw in middle. Using the timer turns off the oven after sounding, so you have to put the oven back on again if the item needs any longer. No indication on panel when oven is up to temperature. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a hob from this brand as the hob on this cooker is amazing, but would not recommend this cooker. 2 stars - one for the hob, one for top oven.

Brilliant electric cooker
All round great cooker, top is super responsive and easy to clean. The grill doubles up as a second oven complete with light & is fan assisted. The oven itself also has a light and is fan assisted along with air fryer mode which is super handy and with self cleaning sides. Only had it for a month but I am very impressed with this freestanding cooker.

I bought this cooker because council rental policy has been changed. Only electric for cooking, no GAS. Through my life it was always GAS for cooking. I am pleasantly surprised how easy this Cooker is to use as well as an AIR FRYER FEATURE, which is another string to my Bow in the kitchen. WELL CHUFFED, THANKYOU.

Not for me
Very unhappy with it. No indication for when oven is at the right temperature. You basically have to guess,therefore having it on for longer than necessary to make sure,hardly green cooking! The instructions were a joke, got a couple of other people to read them too to make sure it wasnt just me. Returned it.

Poor instruction manual
The worst instruction manual I have ever read! I'm having to work out how to use the oven by trial and error. No light to say when temperature is reached. Raised outline on the hot zones which get in the way of a cleaning the hob with a ceramic hob cleaning scraper. Hisense need to get the manual translated properly. It would also be a good idea for them to post a video on how to use it.

I bought this cooker to replace my 25year old one, I love it picked it in black to go with my other appliances. Features in the oven include easy clean side panels, glass door panels that can be removed for cleaning, an air fryer mode, and an easy bake mode. Also grill that's ideal for browning off food, easy toast and a grilled breakfast. Comes with three shelves and a handle for getting the trays out without burning fingers. Good price and I got mine installed and my old one taken away. Very happy with my purchase.
