Utter rubbish.
Bought a in December 2025, the supplier brought the wrong size in 50cm, when it should have been 60cm. did not want to be left without a cooker, so I had to accept the smaller one. I found it takes forever to reach the heat, IE 180c IS TAKING 10 minutes to reach that temperature, does not hold that temperature for more than a couple of minutes before it has to start heating yet again. Disappointed with the installation, very awkward installation and not properly connected. The hobs take a long time to heat, also when trying to lower the heat again, it takes far too long before the element drops the power, up to a minute after turning the hob down, resulting in boiling over if you're not looking over and able to move hot saucepans immediately. I have not tried the toaster; it is supposed to have an air fryer. If so, I don't know where or how to use it. The handbook is also very poor and gives little information on how to work this cooker properly. As it takes so long to heat and fails to keep the heat in, is it possible that something has not been added during the manufacturing process? I find myself being very reluctant to even use the cooker. I do wonder how much electric power it takes in all the reheating it does during cooking. I cannot recommend this product.

Very Good
Purchased cooker 4 days ago so still getting use to it, we had an old electric cooker that lasted 38 years. One improvement would be to have the sheles flat at the front as it is difficult to get the trays out so have turned them upsidedown. Other that that very good.

Electric oven
Very satisfied with the item. Service was excellent, the fitting was gone satisfactory and the old oven taken away.

mostly pretty good + good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this cooker as it was the cheapest offering all we needed.. Pleased overall the hob and top oven are very good though the bottom oven falls a bit short. the bottom oven which is quite big for a 50cm cooker seems to take longer to cook items than previous cookers we have owned (might be taking longer to reach temperature). and the cooker is noisier than expected. The hob on the other hand is great and the top oven/grill seems to do its job very well. Only owned this for a few weeks but considering the cost the couple of niggles are minor. Overall quite pleased
