Works well. Good quality. Ample sockets with on/off light so you can tell when it is switched on or off. I. bought it because it has a longer lead than most other extension leads and stretches from the ply across the room to where I need the plugs. Happy with purchase at a good price.

As for recommended wattage, about 10% below the maximum should be a comfortable margin, so roughly 2,800W / 2.8kW or less.
