Good quality cooker hood. Powerful extractor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is excellent and dimension spot on those advertised. Powerful extractor. We really only need on setting 1. Two LED lights is why we bought this, but they could be built to have better light instead of restricting to 2x 3W bulbs. Instructions and diagrams are terrible for fitting, but easy to fit once you work it out for yourself!

A Quality Bosch Product
Yes there are cheaper alternatives on the market but you get what you pay for. Arrived well packaged with good instructions. The only gripe is that the fixings supplied are Hex head screws not the usual slot or philips, they do supply an adapter for your screwdriver but it can become quite awkward. Not a five star product due to the price and the fixings but I would buy it again.

Effective - but!!
Device well made and works well, but it is far too noisy for domestic/home kitchens, would be more suitable for catering establishments. Bosch would attract more customers if they improved this factor.

Very loud cooker hood
We purchased this a while ago it was OK when we first had it but it has got progressively louder so that you cannot hear yourself think. We will be looking into changing it for something considerably quieter.

Maximum suction and not too noisy
This is the second (different brand) integrated cooker hood. The original one that was installed with the kitchen wasn't as powerful and much noisier. Eventually the cover broke off and so we bought the DEM66AC00B integrated cooker hood. Biggest plus is how strong the suction is and even on full power it's not that noisy. Has two LED lamps that illuminate what you're cooking when and if needed.

The supplier has advised the following for the Bosch DEM66AC00B 60cm Chimney Cooker Hood - Silver:
The DEM66AC00B comes with 2 removable metal grease filter cassettes.
To remove odours, you can add a recirculating kit (product code: DWZ0IM0A0, available from Bosch Spares). No other kit is required if you are ducting the hood out.
