It's multifunctional, so you'll have a wide range of options to help you perfect every recipe. Hotair Steam - Thanks to the Hotair Steam, heat and humidity are distributed equally in the oven. This makes food crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Simply fill the desired amount of water in the removable and dishwasher-safe bowl (which is integrated in the oven bottom) and set the Hotair Steam function.
Cook different dishes at the same time - The 3D HotAir function distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven, making it possible to cook sweet and savoury dishes at the same time without mixing flavours.
Constant cleaning - EcoClean Direct makes oven cleaning easier. A special coating on the back of the oven wall breaks down grease spatters while you bake or roast, saving you time and energy.
Cleaning made easier - The environmentally friendly Cleaning Assistance softens baked-on residue so you can just wipe it down. Add 400ml of water with a drop of washing-up liquid in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the cleaning programme. The steam helps lift away residual food so that the oven can be wiped clean.

Appearance super. Rather a lot of different settings for me as I am 75, but trying them all , steam plus coffee sponge today and excellent result. So far highly delighted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Series 5 oven looks fantastic. Push away buttons are a nice touch. Heats up fast, loads of settings. Matches well with other Bosch appliances in my kitchen.

Feels cheap and VERY noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Control panel and dials feel cheap and inferior for what I from Bosch. During use it's a bit noisy but once it's turned off, the fan runs for around 25 minutes and the vibration and rattling noise made by the control panel is unbearable. We har to turn it off at the mains. Have reached out to Bosch regarding a repair via the warrenty.

I moved house and had to leave my bosch oven behind ,in my new place the oven was not like my bosch so I've just had one fitted I'm so happy with it its so quick lots of settings and much better on the electric love it preheating is so fast

Was hoping for a good replacement for my old one.
The oven itself seems sound enough, but there are features that I don't like, which were not evident when I decided on the purchase. It's virtually impossible to set the oven, if on ground level - the dials are unreadable. The wire racks are so light they 'move about' in the spacers, making them dangerous when getting hot food out of the oven. The leaflet provided is not sufficient - I am having to look up info on the internet just to find out which symbol is best for what I am trying to do. Even after over a month, in use daily, I still find that the cooking is not right, even with the help of the internet.
