After struggling for years with the wobbly video produced by a built-in Dvd player we 'splashed out' on this little beauty and I can believe what we've been missing. It does a fantastic job of upscaling, sometimes it's hard to see the difference from streamed Hd! Add to that it's small, light and quiet when running and you have yourself a great product.

No, the DVP-SR760H is primarily designed to be connected to TVs and cannot be connected to a sound system, as the player doesn't output sound. The player only transfers the data on the disc being played to the TV, and the sound comes through the TV.
