Simple to setup. Nice large buttons. Good size remote. Bought 2. Only one small prob, Apps button did not work. Contacted customer service and the directed me on how to resolve this glitch. Good service.

Simply Works
Fitted the bill for older relative. Fairly straight forward to set up, but I still think there are simpler ways to present the instructions. Also took two attempts for some reason but worked perfectly thereafter. Not heard any complaints, but we had no need for STB 'mode' so hopefully it doesn't get switched over by accident and confuse things - might see if I can program STB to same IR codings as a backup plan on next visit.

Well made product. Buttons are large, clear and easy to press. Remote is lightweight and nicely balanced. It's shorter and slimmer than some other universal remotes I've used, making it easier to handle. Lots of options to program, including very simple ones for major brands through to a learning function.
