Initially, I loved this product. It makes delicious coffee and is versatile to make different types of coffee. However, in less than a year since owning it, the indicator stuck down, so you don't know when the drip tray is full. The handle fell off the jug and the machine now fails to push water through the grind if the grind size is anything over 5. I have tried to contact Ninja twice about these faults, but had no response. Overall I a unimpressed!

idiot proof entry into decent coffee
makes a good coffee. makes some very strange noises. it does dump water though. it also vibrates the cup when brewing so you have to phyically hold it, so it doesn't fall off. i have checked that the machine is level.

Great coffee, however…
Had this machine since November, love it but can’t decide if it leaks or not. When emptying the drip tray there is always loads of water on the counter top under the machine. We have even resorted to emptying the tray after every coffee but there is still a lot of water under the machine. Despite this it does make good coffee, please help ninja 🥷

Fantastic machine
What an excellent coffee maker machine it's the best one so far I have bought and I have bought plenty through the years but this one is the best I got so far well done ninja team for making it one thing I do notice sometimes when I put in the deluxe basket I noticed that sometimes it displays double basket then after take it out and put it back in and then it does register as the deluxe basket that's not a problem at all it's a brilliant machine I only had it a month an hour and it's still working absolutely perfect nice tasting coffee every single time and I do like my coffee I have about roughly 18 to 20 cups a day of coffee and it perfect from one up to 20 coffees thank you

Amazing coffee machine
The machine is absolutely amazing, makes everything you want , the strength you want , grinding what size you want , brewing is very silent and fast , temperature is exactly what you needed it . Froth you can have even cold froth which is amazing . You can yous normal milk or plant based milk . Easy to clean , comes with some recipes. Makes the coffee taste amazing been using same coffee different machine and i can feel the difference between a cheap machine and this ninja . Highly recommend

Great but be careful about quality concerns
I received my machine about a week ago. The coffee was great. At first. I have no issues really easy to use but within two days the handle of the milk jug fell off. It turns out it hadn’t been attached properly. I contacted shark who got back to me in two or three days they requested a photo. I sent the photo, but I’ve not received any more information about replacement jug. I messaged them again and still not received anything. This is highly disappointing as I’ve only had the machine a week and the jug is no longer usable. Overall, I would recommend this machine but be cautious about quality concerns.

The ES601UK features a cold brew mode, which steeps grounds in cold water to create a smooth, fruity coffee concentrate. This can be served cold over ice or with milk.
It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
Yes I do.as the grinder is noisy first thing in the morning.i put a scoop of ground coffee in same as the level the grinder would.then later on I use the grinder when having a frothy coffee.when every one is up.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.
