Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I received it as a Christmas gift. It was a dream to have one. But it broke after two days of use. A very expensive coffee maker, but a terrible machine. I am terribly disappointed.

Coffee Shop Quality Coffee
Unbelievable machine that makes coffee shop quality coffee every time. My only gripe is when the water tank is half full the cup placed under the dispenser vibrates off the shelf, resulting in wasted coffee.

Was brought as a Christmas present. It’s amazing would highly recommend at last a coffee machine that had easy step by step instructions. The coffee is hot rather than luke warm and tastes amazing. No need to pop out for a coffee it’s there at a push of a button. Would highly recommended if your thinking of buying you won’t be disappointed enjoy.

Perfect coffee every time
I’m so happy with this coffee machine. It’s the right balance between automatic but maintaining control over how you like your coffee. Every coffee is consistent and perfect every time including the milk frothing. So impressed. And loved that it was actually in stock at my local Argos/Sainsbury’s for instant pickup too. The black version is very smart looking and easy to keep clean and the parts are super easy to clean too. Not fiddly at all.

It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.
The coffee machine can only be used with coffee beans. Coffee capsules and pods are not compatible.
