Item replaced after 6mths - faulty steam wand
The internal line to the steam wand popped/burst after 6 months use, rendering the machine unusable. Whilst this was extremely disappointing the interrogation, return and replacement was handled very well by Ninja.

Avoid , spend your money elsewhere
I purchased one of these in July 25, within 3 months it had broke, ninja replaced this, the same thing happened again (steam coming from porta filler and not the wand) surprisingly this one lasted 6 months and the same thing happened, 3 machines with the same problem over the last 1 year, now awaiting a replacement upgrade, let’s see how long this one lasts, once they get them in stock!!

Brilliant coffee! Needs a bigger drip tray

The Ninja Luxe Café does not store milk within the machine. For milk based drinks, simply fill the included milk jug with your preferred dairy or plant based milk each time you make a beverage. The milk should be kept refrigerated separately and added fresh when needed.
The Luxe Café comes with a handy Instruction Booklet to help you get set up and started. It also includes an Inspiration Guide filled with drink ideas and recipes, so you can explore different options and get inspired when creating your favourite beverages.

The ES601UK features a cold brew mode, which steeps grounds in cold water to create a smooth, fruity coffee concentrate. This can be served cold over ice or with milk.
It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
Yes I do.as the grinder is noisy first thing in the morning.i put a scoop of ground coffee in same as the level the grinder would.then later on I use the grinder when having a frothy coffee.when every one is up.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.
The coffee machine can only be used with coffee beans. Coffee capsules and pods are not compatible.
