Doesn’t last!
I have had this coffee machine less than a year and it has gone severely down hill. At first it was fantastic, now it takes an absolute ridiculous amount of time to heat even a small amount of milk and the consistency is now no longer smooth and creamy. I have cleaned it properly and using the full instructions as well as descaling it when needed and removing the wand to clean inside. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Far too expensive to not even last a year.

Inconsistent!
So at first I was absolutely delighted. Machine looks great, it's got lots of features. Liked the concept of it adjusting grind sized on recommendation etc. After a few months of use however I've got frustrated with it. And it's solely based on its shot volume inconsistency. On one pull it'll produce a shot that fills up half my expresso cup. The next pull on exactly the same settings changing nothing it'll significantly overflow and spill over with way too much volume. I'm not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but sometimes it'll pull it perfectly. Sometimes it'll wildly add way too much water. No matter what if I change settings or leave them the same.

The Ninja Luxe Café does not store milk within the machine. For milk based drinks, simply fill the included milk jug with your preferred dairy or plant based milk each time you make a beverage. The milk should be kept refrigerated separately and added fresh when needed.

The ES601UK features a cold brew mode, which steeps grounds in cold water to create a smooth, fruity coffee concentrate. This can be served cold over ice or with milk.
It is fully automatic, and you just need to grind the preferred amount of coffee beans with the build-in grinder, and then select the espresso style of your like.
The product itself doesn’t have a built-in hot chocolate option, but you can definitely make it by frothing the milk and then combining it with the chocolate mixture of your choice in a cup.
The Ninja ES601UKBK does not have a dedicated “hot chocolate” button or preset, but you can make hot chocolate manually using its hot water dispensing function and milk frother by dispensing hot water into your mug with cocoa powder or mix, froth milk separately using the steam wand or frothing system and combine for a café style hot chocolate.
Yes I do.as the grinder is noisy first thing in the morning.i put a scoop of ground coffee in same as the level the grinder would.then later on I use the grinder when having a frothy coffee.when every one is up.
This coffee machine is only compatible with whole bean coffee. For best results, use the grinder on the machine when grinding.
