The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 headphones are built for runners and athletes who want to stay aware of their surroundings without sacrificing sound quality. These open-ear headphones use DualPitch technology, combining bone conduction and air conduction drivers to deliver clear, powerful audio that keeps you connected to your music and environment. The open-ear design means nothing covers your ears, so you can hear traffic, fellow runners, and your surroundings while staying immersed in your workout. They're IP55 sweat and water-resistant, tough enough for intense training and unpredictable weather.
Ergonomic ear hooks and a unibody frame provide a secure, comfortable fit that won't slip or need adjusting mid-run. Fast charging gets you back on track quickly, and Bluetooth connectivity gives you a wireless connection up to 10m. Button controls let you manage playback and volume without reaching for your mobile, and bass control lets you adjust your sound on the go. They charge via USB-C, and you get a carry bag and charging cable included. At just the right weight for all-day comfort, these headphones are designed for the extremes of outdoor training.

Great sound and safer than in-ear bunds
Great sound. Easy to use. Comfortable. I really like being able to hear sound around me – I use them for running and can hear traffic that's close by.

Improved features
Bought as a gift and recipient delighted with this as it is an improved version of the current one. I believe the main benefit is to be able to run/do activities whilst listening to streamed music or whatever but to still be able to hear traffic etc and is therefore much safer than usual headphones

Great for marathon running
Purchased to run a marathon at the weekend. Easy to set up. Really impressed with the sound quality. And didn’t move at all when running. Very happy with purchase.

Great product!
Really happy with the new Shokz battery life lasts well, sound quality is super clear and crisp and really comfortable to wear. There is little to no vibration from these like allot of bone conduction headphones on the market making them much more comfortable. Super easy to connect and plenty of features in the app to change sound settings too. I’ve never been able to run with earphones or headphones before with my ears being covered and these have been a game changer! They’re much more safe allowing me to hear traffic noise while out and still enjoy music on the go.

Neat
So far so good, very effective, reasonable price. I have trouble with ear buds and hook types, keep loosing them😬. I find these stay in place

Great comfortable headphones
These are the most comfortable headphones ever. Thought that the sound quality would be questionable but that is brilliant too. 10/10

Hello JDARREN76,
From the information we have available, I can advise the main difference between the Mini and Standard versions of the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones is the size of the headband. Here are some key points to help you decide:
Headband Length:
Standard Version: Suitable for head sizes with a measurement of more than 23.49cm (9.25in) from ear to ear around the back of your head.
Mini Version: Designed for head sizes with a measurement of 23.49cm (9.25in) or less. The Mini version has a shorter headband, providing a snugger fit.
Fit and Comfort:
Standard Version: Offers a more relaxed fit, which might be more comfortable for those with larger heads.
Mini Version: Provides a tighter fit, which can be beneficial for smaller heads or for those who prefer their headphones to stay closer to their head with minimal movement.
To determine your head size, you can measure the distance from the midpoint behind your left ear to the midpoint behind your right ear, following the line where the headband would sit.
