Every runner needs these!
These are fantastic, much better than I imagined. Very comfortable, sound quality is great but you can still hear what’s going on around you. Highly recommended.

These are brilliant!
Good sound quality and stay put! No other head phones have been good for running. Save yourself lots of cheap tat that adds up and just get the real deal.

Perfect for running training!
As a runner, the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 are super comfy and stay put no matter how hard I push. The sound’s clear and loud enough for music and podcasts, while still letting me stay aware of traffic. Battery life is good, though I could always use a bit more for those extra‑long runs.

Best headphones for being aware of outside noise
Happy headphones for free four months now use them for cycling absolutely fantastic for being aware of traffic coming from behind also so comfortable I asked them to forget I have them on not so good for sound quality and noisy environments at home and on my bike, I couldn’t be more pleased Best £100 I’ve spent in a while

Great for running
Bought these for a marathon and they were awesome in the training phase. Comfortable, easy to use, good sound. No complaints.

Better sound than expected.
Bought these more for safety but I was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the sound. It's pretty loud and clear but lacks a bit of clarity. Really enjoying them and totally recommend. The only is that they feel a bit odd, almost like a small weight hanging over your ears. I've been for long runs and they are totally fine, just odd. Will get used to it.

Expensive but worth it
I know these are for runners really, but I alwayd get pain down my ear canal and my teeth ache when I use headphones/earbuds pretty much straight away and if lasts for days, so I thought I'd give these a go with them not being in your ear canal and they work great! Just as well as ones in your ear but you can hear people talking and traffic noise, etc but with the music coming through perfectly. It's worth the expense because I'll use these for years.

Excellent sound, form could be more comfortable.
I’ve had these 2-3 weeks. I previously used AirPods Pros and Maxes but had to switch due to ear problems. The sound from these is excellent. The battery life isn’t bad considering there is no chargeable case with them. The only issue I have is the fit- they’re quite large at the back and it takes a lot of adjusting over the ears to get comfortable, especially if you wear glasses. They also don’t that secure when I’m wearing them. I’m a woman and I don’t have a particularly small head so I thought the standard fit would be fine. If you are considering running or doing sport with these, I’d recommend looking at the Mini size on Shokz’s website, as these will likely move around a lot. These have a “multipoint” connectivity, meaning I can use them with my phone and tablet. Unfortunately, the most connections you can have is 2 which isn’t exactly multi - even having 1 more would mean I could use them with my laptop too, which would be great for work. Even with the fit issues, I would absolutely recommend these for the sound quality, which is far better than other open ear or on ear models I’ve tried previously.

Better for hearing
The sound is not too bad as long as your wearing them in a reasonably quiet location, in the gym or at n transport they’re not so great

Hello Spy,
Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Black
The build of these headphones would make it uncomfortable to wear glasses with them, as they have to hook around the top of your ear.

Thank you for using Q&A
Hello JDARREN76,
From the information we have available, I can advise the main difference between the Mini and Standard versions of the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones is the size of the headband. Here are some key points to help you decide:
Headband Length:
Standard Version: Suitable for head sizes with a measurement of more than 23.49cm (9.25in) from ear to ear around the back of your head.
Mini Version: Designed for head sizes with a measurement of 23.49cm (9.25in) or less. The Mini version has a shorter headband, providing a snugger fit.
Fit and Comfort:
Standard Version: Offers a more relaxed fit, which might be more comfortable for those with larger heads.
Mini Version: Provides a tighter fit, which can be beneficial for smaller heads or for those who prefer their headphones to stay closer to their head with minimal movement.
To determine your head size, you can measure the distance from the midpoint behind your left ear to the midpoint behind your right ear, following the line where the headband would sit.
