I purchased the Habitat Gardenia & Rose, and the scent was lovely—it lasted quite a while. Impressed by the quality, I decided to try the Habitat Patchouli & Plum, but it was a complete waste of money. There was no scent from day one, even after giving it time and following the same usage method as before. Very disappointing compared to my previous experience

The supplier has advised the following for the 300ml Diffuser Refill - Patchouli & Plum:
Without knowing which specific brand and model of diffuser you plan to use it with, we cannot be exact. For example, own electric diffusers are often designed to be used with a water-based solution. The diffuser refill is designed to be used in a vessel with reeds. As this has not been tested in other brands’ models or types of diffuser, we’d have to advise on balance that it’d very likely not be suitable.
We advise that you reach out to the retailer/manufacturer of the electric diffuser to see what types of refills it’d work with.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat 300ml Diffuser Refill - Patchouli & Plum: The formulation of the refill is identical to the diffuser. What might have happened is that as the original diffuser that the customer bought was in use and the oil began to evaporate, the solvent evaporated at a quicker rate than the fragrance leaving behind a more concentrated version of the fragrance oil which possibly seemed oilier in consistency whereas the consistency when the diffuser was new was the same as the refill. The customer can be assured that there is no difference between the refill and the diffuser.
