Quick collection and good customer service
Got the ring door bell, Satin Nickel, and was ready for collection at the Argos Snipe retail park. Store collection was quick but I was impressed at the customer service. After ordering online, I realised i preferred the Venetian bronze colour, so when I got to the store, even though they were about to close, the lady who attended to me was nice to change my order to the colour i wanted with no hassle. She did all she needed to do on her system, went in and got my preferred colour. I was really impressed. Happy with the product as well. Was easy to install and no issues since.

These are fantastic I’ve had one for years at front door this time it’s for my back gate as I have a lock on it and as many times they try to deliver parcels to back as that’s where parking bays are I also tell food deliveries to bring to back then food is straight into kitchen makes it easier always have to remember to open gate or I’d miss delivery so I won’t miss any deliveries whether they go to back or front now easy enough to rig up
