Great and cheep product
I recently purchased the Chad Valley Bag of 100 Pink and Blue Play Balls, and overall I’m really pleased with the value and quality for the price. The first thing that stands out is how vibrant and appealing the colours are. The mix of pink, blue, and white makes them perfect for both boys and girls, and they look great in a ball pit, paddling pool, or even scattered around a play area. The balls are lightweight but still feel durable enough to withstand regular play without easily denting or losing their shape. You get a generous amount (100 balls), which is ideal for filling smaller ball pits or adding to an existing set. For larger play areas, you might need to buy multiple packs, but at this price point, that’s still very reasonable. The included mesh storage bag is a nice bonus—it makes it much easier to tidy up and store the balls when not in use. In terms of safety, the balls are smooth with no sharp edges, which is reassuring for younger children. However, as with most play balls, they can compress under heavier weight, so they’re better suited for toddlers and young children rather than older kids who might be rougher with them. The only minor downside is that they can feel a bit thin compared to premium versions, but considering the affordable price, this is expected and doesn’t take away from their use Overall they are a great budget-friendly option that’s colourful, fun, and practical. Perfect for indoor and outdoor play, and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking to create a fun play space without spending too much.

Good ball pit balls
I bought these a few weeks back for my daughters ball pit. They’re a good size with a good mix of the colours. They’re slightly thinner in quality than usual balls but durable none the less.

Colourful and worth the money
I brought 2 bags of these for my 6 month old son who loves playing in the ball pit. The colours are bright and playful, better than the cheaper brands I've purchased previously. They are durable and not to easy to squash which is perfect for my little one.

Thanks for using Q&A
Hello there,
The supplier has advised the Chad Valley Bag of 100 Multi-Coloured Play Balls has 25 balls of each colour.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for using Q&A.
Hi Robin,
Thanks for your question for Chad Valley Bag of 100 Pink and Blue Play balls.
As we stock more than one Chad Valley ball pit, can you please resubmit your question with the catalogue number of the ball pit you are referring to so we can answer your question accurately,
Thanks for using Q&A,
Lil miss wouldn't get them in her mouth.
No rough edges, but the balls are cheapily made, thin and easily squashed. This leads to them often splitting open and then chewable
Hi there,
I can confirm the edges are smooth and suitable for ages 1 year and over.
Thanks for using Q&A
A dog would burst these easily. They are hollow plastic and teeth would pierce them
Hi there,
These play balls are not suitable for dogs.
Thanks for using Q&A
The answer is DEFINITELY FOR OVER 12 MONTHS OF AGE, AS CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE PRODUCT LABEL BY THE MANUFACTURER, AND IN THE UPDATED ARGOS WRITE-UP! So the Argos staff answer is WRONG to say suitable for 9 months of age, and Argos really should REMOVE the staff response stating this, as it would put the safety of young babies at risk if parents WRONGLY followed their reply!!
Hi there,
Having checked the recommended age for these is ages 9 months and over.
Thanks for using Q&A
Hi there
The make up is as follows:
Light pink 35
Dark pink 35
Blue 30
Thanks for using Q & A
I would say that the ratio of the bag that I purchased was 85% pink (both dark and light) and 15% blue. I got these for my granddaughter and they were perfect. I hope this helps!
2 shades of pink 1 blue. Approx 33% each.
The repliers may of WRONGLY assumed the balls are recyclable because of a recycling symbol on the tag, which really means the CARD tag is recyclable. OR due to a recycling TRIANGLE, BUT NOT all plastics are recyclable and NOT all items of the same plastic are recyclable. OR if listed as a compostable product, THIS MUST BE at a SPECIFIC industrial composting facility, NOT your council! Plastic balls ARE NOT recyclable in UK, unless for eg, TerraCycle has a TIME LIMITED SCHEME WITH a MANUFACTURER.
Hi there,
