I read previous reviews for this product and as I was putting on to grass, on set up i put them together turned upside down on my decking and duck taped the back seams which worked really well

Rubbish and over priced
I would not recommend buying this product. It’s flimsy, overpriced, and does not stay together correctly. I had to use tape to keep it together. You would be better off buying the children’s play mats as they are thicker, and cheaper.

The supplier has advised the following for the Lay-Z-Spa 1.96m X 1.96m Floor Protector:
"We can advise that the floor protector protects the base of the spa and helps insulate the bottom to prevent heat loss. However, it does not protect the floor as water may possibly still seep through the gaps in the protector."

Hello there. The Lay-Z-Spa 1.96m X 1.96m Floor Protector is 0.3mm thick and is designed to protect the underside of the hot tub, as long as it is used in accordance with manufacturers instructions and the shed base has no sharp points ( eg - nails or rubble) then this should be fine
