I bought this for my daughter & it works really well.The issue I got is that the whisk was apart in the box,thinking we had to put it together ourselves,but soon realised it was broken.This was within a week of buying & not using the whisk at all.Phoned technical support to be told to look on eBay for a spare one which I totally refused to do as it was brand new.Reluctantly they said they’d sent a new part out in 5-7 days & i’m still waiting for it 8 days later

Easy to use
I only bake twice a month and this works great for my needs. Easy to use and yes a little noisy but not overly. The hook picks up dough no problem. A great price too.

Works as expected, no issues, easy to use. Very noisy, esp at higher speeds, but considering the price that's totally fair. If you're unsure about getting one and don't want to invest in an expensive one, this is pretty perfect. The only issue is the noise but again, this is very cheap for a stand mixer so I really can't complain

Not great but not the worst
This would be great if the hook/paddle/whisk reached the bottom of the mixing bowl. Have to stop it and move the ingredients with spoon. It has suckers on the bottom and works well.

Thanks for your query about the Cookworks KM6003B-GS Food Mixer with Stand - Black.
Yes it is removable from the base. When in use, you fill it with the relevant contents to be mixed then place it on the base and twist it to lock it in place. (It would need to be fixed down like this while you're mixing). Once this is done though, you'd untwist it to unlock and remove it.
Once removed, it can then be emptied of the contents and subsequently cleaned so it's ready for its next/future use.
