Light weight
We bought this as a replacement light weight and easy to clean but does not blend to a smooth consistency, leaves big chunks of carrots etc and it's very noisy.

Not fit for purpose
Absolutely rubbish blender. Kept cutting out after 30 seconds on first use, I assumed maybe extra firm tofu was too much for it to handle. Second use with cooked veg and tomato sauce it cuts out after around 20 seconds again. Leave it a couple of minutes, and then get another 20 seconds of blending. Continue until actually smooth 30 minutes later. The sticker saying max use 2 minutes then allow to cool to room temperature is a joke. This is cutting out when not even hot. The manual also states the blade might be difficult to remove first time for cleaning. It took 10 minutes and tools to get the thing out, and I am a strong fully able bodied person. It has obviously been put on too tight by machine when manufactured. It would be very easy to break when trying to remove.

Used for a few weeks to make smoothies with my homemade kefir. It blends frozen fruit and ginger with no trouble. Good size 1.5l jug. Putting the lid on takes a bit of getting used to, but after a couple of goes it's easy. It does the job well. It is noisy though!
