I've bought this sekonda watch as a present at Christmas, it looks more expensive than it is,.(£23),.looks like a rolex submarina only slightly bigger black bezal black face.steel wrist band,very nice.

This is the second of these I have purchased. The battery on first, bought almost four years ago, went flat two days before we were to go on holiday. It never missed a beat, kept perfect time and has been in and out of all sorts of water up to 10 feet deep. The second one has behaved similarly and I have had a new battery put in the first one at the local watch shop and it is back to normal and waterproof. Who needs an Omega or Longines? Cannot recommend too strongly!!

The date dial on the watch operates mechanically and does not automatically adjust for months with fewer than 31 days. For months with 30 days (or February), you will need to manually advance the date by turning the crown as usual to set it correctly.
