The very best Nespresso machine for making milk based coffee recipes, but poor reliability for me.
Positives: 1. I have been a Nespresso user for 30 years, and for me this machine makes the best milk based recipes/ coffees (Cappuccino, Late, etc.) 2. It is easy to use and you can customise the coffees to your own tastes; Negatives: 3. For me, reliability has been a problem; I bought my first machine 5 years ago, and things started going wrong after a couple of years; first the temperature gauge stopped working correctly; then I started getting intermittent water leaks under the machine; occasionally the machine stopped working altogether and I could only 'rescue it' by running multiple descaling cycles (I must stress that I have always used filtered water and taken great care of the machine, so it is NOT down to poor maintenance!); in the end, the machine seemed to be on its last legs with strange noises and gurgling's.... in the last months I have tried several alternatives, but my wife did not like the coffee taste as much, so reluctantly I have now bought my second Sage Creatista Pro and so far, in its first month, it is working perfectly and my wife is happy again. I very much hope that this second machine will be more reliable and last longer than the first. Conclusion: For quality & taste of coffee and functionality this machine deserves the full 5 stars; I have knocked off 2 stars because of the poor reliability of my first machine, with problems starting after only 2 years; an expensive, premium machine like this should last longer!

Steam wand faulty
I have an older version of this machine which is fantastic. I updated it with the new version but the steam wand doesn't work. I returned it over 3 weeks ago but haven't received my refund. I'm now using my old one which I love!

Fantastic product
This product is well worth the extra. So easy to use and the quality of coffee it producing is considerably better then any other machine I’ve used. It was so good that I now have one at home and another in the office.

Brilliant coffee pod machine
I have another sage coffee machines and other products . This pod machine is great. Makes lovely cups of coffee of your choice. I love the digital picture when selecting choice of coffee. Would not choose any other make of coffee machine

Awesome machine
Over the years I have had several coffee machines from bean to cup tassimo then latticamo to this awesome pod machine, The bean to cup were good had three but too much faffing about to get a coffee then cleaning they all had milk carafes which meant milk was never hot enough I like my coffee hot then switched to tassimo not for long as couldn’t use fresh milk through the machine so got lattisimo nice machine but again had milk carafe which meant like bean to cup milk not hot enough and more cleaning, the creatista pro is perfect can adjust milk temp easy clean and commercial grade coffee instantly the touch screen for easy selection of what your tastebuds telling you to select really fast no messing about can save your own choice settings and name it to make even easier so as no need to tweak each time you want coffee and easy clean I love this machine. Well done Sage .

As good as it gets for a Nespresso pod machine.
This is simply the best Nespresso machine if you like a variety of milk based drinks as well as espresso. There are plenty of good Nespresso machines on the market but none that combine the milk frothing function as well as this one. I had the older Creatista Plus machine and replaced it when it finally broke down after 6 years of constant use. The Pro machine is faster (if that matters much?) due to being able to steam milk and make espresso at the same time, has a slightly larger water tank capacity (as it's bigger in dimension) and a better LCD screen. As with the Plus machine, you do need to keep the milk wand clean after every use but it simply needs a wipe down with a damp cloth. If you're still drinking instant coffee then seriously, where have you been? If you're comfortable with the price point, then these machines allow you to enjoy the same quality coffee drinks you get in a cafe.

Terrific Coffee & Lush Latte
One of the easiest pod machines with the milk frother attached I've used yet with fantastic extraction of coffee and brilliant microfoam for latte's - LUSH!!!

Nice pod machine
Brilliant pod machine so far. The steam milk frother works very well and that is what makes the difference over the cheaper heated whisk machines. Nice, quick coffees. Very convenient and looks the part on the countertop with other Sage items :)
