Great but needs weights to hold it in place.
Had this a few months, it’s excellent. Go for a 4ft bag, I have a 5ft and it’s a bit too tall. You will need some weights to weigh the frame down if you are going to hit heavy, or it leaps around a bit.

Holds my heavy bag well
Only had it a month , but upto now im happy with it , was easy to set up , an its holding my heavy punch bag well . Got some gloves a week ago an give the bag a good hiding , its prety stable . Just to add that yer need to wey it down with 20 kg plates on each peg , or maybe bags of sand to keep it from moving of the ground if yer bag his heavy . Also little tip on building use yer own spanner or even better a ratchet will make it quicker an more easy to put together .

It works
Easy to put together. Works very well with the heavy bag from the same company. No complaints at all but I would recommend weighting it quite heavily using the attached weight points. It can rock a bit without that. Overall, a decent product. Also, the heavy bag is bob on too. Nb. I reviewed the bag incorrectly - thought I'd reviewd some Addidas 10 oz gloves. The bag is great too.

A little disappointed
This item was easy to build , seems sturdy & holds the boxing bag we brought perfectly . Only 1 issue when the boxing bag is being hit the stand moves , bangs side to side isn’t sturdy . We added some weights we had but it’s not enough so now I have to spend more money on weights to hold it down to use. We can’t be the only customers this is happening to & when they tested it before selling this issue must of come up . Poorly designed in my opinion.
