Excellent product - Easy to set up - Very Fast
Bought 2 No 3 packs (6 emiters) to replace 6No older M5 Plus models. The M5 devices worked great and were very stable - wifi5 and wifi6. Replaced them with these wifi7 devices as we have upgraded to full speed full fibre broadband. These devices are easy to set up using the DECO app. I am very pleased with the speeds achievied, ~525Mbs close to the router and around 250Mbs at the far end of the house (long bungalow). Speed is limited by the 2.5Gbs ethernet conection from router to master deco. Need to be aware that Wifi7 is not configured to turn on by default - you will need to access a setting page in the app to do that inorder to achieve fastest speeds with wifi 7 enabled devices.

Great units
We switch out an old mesh system for the BE65 and have been impressed from the start. Set up was easy, not entirely smooth it took several goes to connect the first unit. But the others joined in quickly. Instead of losing 3/4 of our bandwidth over the mesh we have lost about 30%. Stability is our biggest issue and we have just entered a power cut. The main unit is running happily from our solar battery, it seems to have reconnected very quickly. π€ serving and third units come back just as quickly.

Great Wi-Fi coverage
Excellent product. Made the most of my fibre broadband and given me excellent Wi-Fi coverage across three floors. A real game changer and has reached dead spots in the house.

High quality piece of kit
I did quite a bit of research before buying this mesh system and it seems to be performing excellently getting the signal through some thick walls. Although the area I needed to cover isn't particularly large, we are getting the full fibre 200Mbps throughput that I am paying for even at the furthest node, so I have to give this the full 5 stars. The setup has to be done via the phone app, but it's a great piece of software. I did have to fiddle around a bit with the SSIDs and the broadcast bands etc to get the setup that I wanted.

Transformed the home WiFi
Transformed our home WiFi experience. Virgin media WiFi is super fast at the socket but the routers seem to struggle if more than a few devices are connected, constantly dropping out and having to reboot. Now just use VM box as a modem and the Deco mesh does the rest. Touch wood, it has been perfect. Very easy to set up too and top tip is to set the Deco network and password the same as the VM one then everything just connects immediately.

Massive Improvement in connectivity.
My iPhone 15 can now make WiFi calls, which is more than it could with a Sky Smart Hub. Very happy.

900mbit throughout 3 bed semi with internal brick
Easy to set up go straight to the fibre port on the wall as long as you request the login from your isp. Get 900mbit though out if only one floor or wall between them.

Wi-Fi with the brakes taken off
I have a WiFi heavy home, typically 50 - 100 devices. I have used mid-range gaming routers as they offered substantially better performance than the ISP supplied kit. I recently bought a TP link Archer as my previous router was no longer supported. It was disappointing with lots of drop outs and buffering. It also didn't have a decent range compared with previous. So I bit the bullet and figured that with the amount of money I have invested in Wi-Fi devices I should fork out for a Mesh router system. I'm so glad I did. The set up was straight forward and everything now works as it should. Our TV is on the opposite side of the house. We had too much buffering, it hasn't happened once since we installed the Deco. Smart speakers work everywhere, including in the garden and garage. The appearance is nice and low key, but you do need a power point for each unit. The App is the best I've used for a router. I wish I had bought these previously

Works well but on the larger side
Easy to set up and works effectively. They are quite big (think of a thick candle) so takes up a relatively large part of our telephone table though downstairs. They find a home in the other rooms.

Excellent product, does exactly what the box says
Fantastic! I deliberated for ages and managed with patchy WiFi for years... Finally bought a Freely TV which needs good WiFi... Tried this after reading the reviews. Works perfectly across the whole house. Needs a smartphone to download the app to set it all up. I also needed to restart the whole process again on day two ( maybe I was rushing after I bought it), but never had a problem since. WiFi in every room is the same strength as if I was next to the router. Note this does not replace your provided router, you have to plug that into one of these units. So three more things to plug in. A bit pricey, but it works.

Hello Rich,
The supplier has advised the following for the TP-Link BE9300 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 7 System - 3 Pack:
β As it stands, we have shipped some units of version 1 into the channel in Nov 2024.
Our warehouse is picking version 2 as we speak to ship. Therefore the models that are currently being sold, are probably all V1 (which will phase out and V2 will take charge from this month on. I donβt have specific dates to hand though. β
Thanks for using Q&A.
If you have any openreach ONT box, any one of these can be connected via an ethernet cable to it. The software will detect the type of connection, youll need to enter your id password as given by your ISP. Thats how mine are setup. The remaining nodes can be added wireless or wired - if you have cables installed These provide very good wifi and you can also connect wired devices to the ports . If you have virgin, set router to modem only mode
Hi,
Deco is an internet-sharing device and canβt provide the internet itself.
If you donβt have a modem but are able to access the internet directly through an Ethernet jack on the wall, then Deco can be wired to the Ethernet jack and then share the internet with the clients after the configuration is completed.
Thanks for using Q&A
