Broke within a week - not durable
I bought this product around a week ago and it has already broken. The bottom of the jug, where the blade attaches to the main blender, came loose and all of the liquid leaked all over the place and straight inside the machine and it broke instantly.

No lid
I brought this a week ago. Was a lovely blender but came with no lid so I had to send it back. No longer have it

Not Great For Long-Term Use
Very light and has a cheap feel. The motor also starts to smell if you use for more than 5 seconds, and is also quite noisy. I expected better from Phillips, but I guess you get what you pay for. In retrospect would've spent more for a higher quality.

My son's blender
I bought a blender for my son. He has since receiving it made soup smoothies and of course cold coffee. He is loving it. He said that it was so easy to collect in Harlow. I purchased the blender in Liverpool. Thank you

Useless!
The blending ability of this product is absolutely useless. Even with incredibly soft cooked vegetables it wouldn't blend them or circulate the contents. I had to stop multiple times to mash down and stir, I did half of the job myself. Unless you're blending two liquids together, avoid this product. What a waste of money.

Hello mary,
The supplier has advised for the Philips HR2041/01 ProBlend 1.9L Plastic Jug Blender: Blade Removal & Cleaning
The blade assembly is removable, but it comes off together with the jar base (bottom part) — not as a separate loose blade.
You can unscrew the bottom part of the jar to access the blades for proper cleaning.
🚫 Can the blade itself be removed?
The blade alone cannot be disassembled further from the blade unit.
It is designed as a sealed blade assembly for safety and durability.

Yes, there is a rubber gasket (seal ring) inside the blade assembly.
✅ This can be removed carefully for cleaning.
