Works as expected
Ring is the leader in doorbells so it works as expected. Its rechargeable which is great. I upgraded to have the videos stored which is perfect. I did notice before I upgraded, it occasionally missed a visitor to the front door but since the upgrade, no issues. I am happy.withnit. I had a cheaper alternative previously which broke and couldnt find something reliable. At least with Ring, you know what you are getting.

Great resolution & functionality
I bought this & fitted it for my sister. It's the third one I've done & they can be extremely fiddly to get right straight off. The subscription (no SD card option) is a bit of a rip-off, frankly, since you will generally need the doorbell history. You can only get this via subscription. On the plus-side the bell works extremely well & has fantastic resolution.

Easy to set up and install. Had cheaper alternative doorbell cameras in the past purchased online that were not all that good or reliable. Ring may cost a little more but they are most reliable. You get what you pay for.

Hello there.
Batteries in the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus with Chime can last months depending on normal use. This means if the camera/bell is not activated that much the battery lasts longer. However if the ring doorbell is constantly activated this will drain the battery quicker.
There are help pages on the internet to advise of this and how to help the battery last longer.
To charge the battery- This requires unscrewing the unit to get the battery out and using a usb cable to charge it.
