This Ring camera is fantastic! Setup was a breeze, and the video quality and battery life are top-notch. The only thing is I had to order a separate non-drill mount, which would've been great to have as an option during purchase. Still, highly recommend!

I brought a ring doorbell tht came with a plug in chime but since I have set it up I don’t think the chimer is working, when someone presses the bell it comes thru my phone only nd not the chimer

Hello there.
Batteries in the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus with Chime can last months depending on normal use. This means if the camera/bell is not activated that much the battery lasts longer. However if the ring doorbell is constantly activated this will drain the battery quicker.
There are help pages on the internet to advise of this and how to help the battery last longer.
To charge the battery- This requires unscrewing the unit to get the battery out and using a usb cable to charge it.
