Very disappointed
I bought this watch as I have had 2 Lorus watches over years which have been reliable and smart looking. This watch was nothing like those and very disappointing. The face and gold coloured edging look really cheap and the strap is not very attractive either. I have returned it.

I bought this watch a few weeks ago and I'm really pleased with it. The face is illuminated in the dark, and is clear to see. It also has the date on the face (though small, and difficult to see). Very nice appearance and worth the price.

Lorus Ladies Brown Leather Strap Watch
This is done using the side crown which can be pulled out to two click positions. First click allows you to access the date which you need to change to the previous day and date, the second click allows you to set to present day and date by turning the minute hand.

The Lorus Ladies Brown Leather Strap Watch is Water Resistant to the extent that it will be resistant to rain and light splashes of water. As it is not suitable for use when taking a shower for example, then this I feel would equate to immersion when bathing a baby.
