Needs product improvement.
Its very flimsy, not very well made considering the well known company who makes it. Needs to be more robust, especially the toaster handles, the material on the top needs to made of a wipeable metal/material and the slots need to be longer to fit todays bread slices such as sourdough/tiger etc, I have to cut off the edges to fit the toaster. Otherwise it does what it says on the box.

Attractive toaster
Purchased a few weeks ago and used regularly. Toasts evenly and the toaster looks attractive. Only negative is that it is a bit slower than my last toaster. Fits the bread and crumpets nicely.

Not worth the money
I’ve had this a couple of weeks now and can now say it’s not worth the money. Limited to the size of bread that fits into the slots. Premium breads are always sticking out the top or need squeezing in width ways. Toasted well for the first few days, but I’m now beginning to notice some unevenness. Not a terrible toaster but I have had better. On the plus side, it looks lovely in my kitchen.
