Why no oil?
After spending £200 I expected to be able to use product strait away. To find I needed to purchase chain oil before I could use the product is disappointing

No, the Black + Decker GKC3630L20-GB 30cm Cordless Chainsaw - 36V uses just one 36V Lithium-ion battery. This is an interchangeable battery which is compatible across a wide range of 36V lithium-ion garden tools. It cannot take two 18V batteries.
