Nearly perfect but…….
Bought this to replace an older model that was damaged. This version is great, easy to use but has one GIANT FAULT. There is no way to store the electrical cable or the steam one. Considering the price I would have expected that these cables would have some method to wrap or confine them around the generator.

I’m really happy with this steam generator iron. It heats up fast and produces strong steam that removes creases easily, even on thicker clothes. It glides smoothly and makes ironing quicker and less effort. The water tank lasts a long time, so I don’t need to refill often, which is very convenient. Powerful
I’ve been really happy with this steam iron from Tefal overall, I always buy the Tefal ones. It feels genuinely premium and makes ironing much faster and easier. The heat-up time is quick, the steam power is impressive, and it glides smoothly over all kinds of fabrics. Creases disappear in just one pass. I also love how solid and well-built it feels, and the large tank is convenient for longer sessions. My only negative: it does go through water fairly quickly. You’ll need to refill more often than expected if you’re doing big loads but that’s really the only downside I’ve noticed. Overall, its powerful, reliable, and a huge time-saver. Apart from being a bit thirsty, it’s an excellent iron that delivers great results.

Powerful iron

I rarely needed to use the normal mode as eco mode provides sufficient steam to remove the creases. The water tank lasts long too, so there's no need to keep refilling the tank if you have a lot of clothes to iron. Overall I'd recommend this iron.

Great for a large ironing load

Having a disconnected water tank with such a large capacity meant that you could do a large load of washing in one go and then more. I really like the steaming function. It gives the iron functionality, but I do wish it was slightly smaller as it’s large to store x

The Iron itself without the base is approximately 0.75-1 Kg.
We can confirm that this product is safe for all fabrics from denim to silk
Yes, we recommend to only use untreated tap water in our irons. If you know you live in a hard water area the untreated tap water can be mixed 50/50 with either distilled or demineralised water but there needs to be at least a 50% concentration of untreated tap water used in order for the steam function to work properly. Our irons are specifically made to use untreated tap water. Do not use any other water type as these contain organic waste, mineral elements that become concentrated when heated and cause spitting, brown staining, leaking or premature wear on your iron.
The product is heated from the boiler at the base of the generator. We recommend to let the product cool down.
