About this product
This Hercules 10 x 10ft metal shed is ideal for general storage in your garden. The steel floor frame is useful where your base is unsuitable to use as the floor (flooring is not included). 2 sliding doors give easy access to the inside, wide enough when both open (120cm) to fit a bike or lawnmower through. With generous standing room inside (201cm max internal height), the shed is also well ventilated at the eaves. In classic cottage green with a subtle eggshell finish to blend perfectly into garden settings, it will look great for years.
Metal sheds don't come with a floor. They should be built directly onto a strong, level base such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac, then anchored to it using the anchor fixings provided. This base is the floor of your shed. The anchor points are pre-drilled for your ease. Using these is an integral part of the shed's stability. This base is not supplied. An anchor kit is included.
Do not place directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan and cause the doors to warp. 2 people are required for assembly and we strongly recommend you use thick gloves when assembling the panels.
Once built, this YardMaster shed requires zero maintenance or further treatments. Its hot dipped galvanised steel construction makes it durable and weather resistant. This means you'll never have to paint it or worry about rot or rust. It comes with a 12-year UK manufacturer's anti-rust guarantee.

Overall is not to bad
Overall, the product isn't bad, although individual components seem very fragile before assembly. Once everything is assembled, the whole thing is quite solid. I have serious reservations about the sheet metal screws, as they can easily strip the threads, and the connection is of poor quality. This is especially problematic at the roof joints, as water seeps through these joints and drips inside. I had to replace all the roof screws with better quality ones to eliminate leaks. The instruction manual doesn't make assembly easy; it's laid out in a very unintuitive order. It takes at least two days to assemble the whole thing with two people.

Shocking shed
The quality of the materials is flimsy, many of the pre-drilled holes don't line up. Rain is Leaking through the roof in few places . Instructions are not clear at all. Watched few YouTube videos from random people who bought this shed before to make it more sense. Wouldn’t recommend this shed to anyone. Not happy costumer at all

Difficult to put together.
The instructions on this item are not clear enough in my opinion. It took two of us ages to put it together but it will do the job now it is up. Careful on the metal with your hands!

Metal garden shed
I have built two of these now and they are awkward and difficult to put together but as long as you have a decent level of technical ability they go together well and offer great value for money compared to wooden sheds.

Nightmare to build
This shed arrived very promptly, the instructions are awful to say the least. It took 3 days to build this shed due to the instructions not being very straight forward. There were lots of bits that could have pre-assembled to make building it easier. Once the shed was completed it is sturdy enough and big enough for us to store all the stuff we need.

Not recommended!
You would have to be a structional engineer to be able to follow the "instructions" which are just overly complicated diagrams, some of the screw holes don't line up. it specifies two people are needed to construct it...three would be a better option. The wall height and roof beams are not suitable for tall people. The roof and Apex are not green as in the photo but gray / silver. it is very lightweight so best to bolt it into concrete. it will take at least a full day to construct.

Low roof height
The height of the door and roof are incredibly low. The door top is at my nose height, and every time I go through the door I hit my head. Why would anybody want anything so low?

Posible the worst product i have ever purchased !
I have been a professional builder who services his own cars /motor cycles fits kitchens and bathrooms for 30 years and can turn my hand to anything practical. It took me and a similar person 8 hours to assemble this item- it makes the most complicated flat pack furniture look like it is for beginners. The finished item looks cheap and nasty and the floor structure provided is a joke - don't even think about buying one !!

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
