Poor quality poor performance and poor steam
Bought this from Argos once reputable company,on Switching on for first time it gave off smoke from sole Plate top immediately switched off fearing it may Catch fire or something.Also feels very flimsy construction with poorly supported iron handle moving Returned to Argos for refund refused & was just argumentative searching for reasons not to refund Poor quality possibly dangerous iron.Lsst time I go in That retailer,used to be a good company but not anymore this was just 2 months after purchasing a Meaco dehumidifier from them with no problems or Complaint.Have purchased many items there before Now they can,t or won,t refund under their own written Policies of return &deny people lawful rights of return have since spoken to other people & it,s been suggested this is a certain individual promoted to Manageress who must have been trained by sainsbury,s who own Argos now hope they feel Really happy treating pensioners like this but they will not get another penny from this long time customer.
