The supplier has advised the following for the Canadian Spa Company 228 x 228cm Hot Tub Cover - Brown:

If you measure across the fold of the existing cover, or if you’re worried it has become misshapen, please measure it from the furthest points out and also measure to the furthest part out on the spa itself too.

As long as the cover is bigger than the spa it will work with no loss of insulation. A cover that is bigger than a spa will still work fine, but too small or the same size as the spa would mean that it would sit on the skirting flaps and break the insulation seal.

“ Yes, our covers are cross compatible with most cover lifters however you may need to adjust the cover lifter screw positions for the thickness / size of the new cover. ”

Hello Deano,

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Canadian Spa Company 228 x 228cm Hot Tub Cover - Brown. 158/4972: We only do the 4" radius which is cross compatible with any radius larger with no loss in insulation. The larger radius is just a more swooping corner. This cover won’t work if your spa has pointy corners e.g. 0” radius.
