REMARKABLY EFFECTIVE
As I get older (I am 77) and less active I am developing lower leg problems i.e. swollen ankles, night time cramps and poor foot circulation (pale numb big toes and discoloured nails). Having looked around for a solution I found this product which seemed to potentially address some if not all my problems and unlike similar products it was very reasonably priced, Opening the box I found the main unit to be of excellent quality however the power adaptor and the remote looked rather cheaply made (NB make sure you remove the plastic battery protector from the remote). The instructions in the box are well set out and after a few tries I found that levels below 40 had hardly no noticable affect and eventually through trial and error settled on the mixed program sequence (No 3) with a level of 72 which really gets the muscles pumping (NB you do not have to press the level + button 72 times, just hold the button down and it goes up until you stop pressing)!! After 4 weeks using it twice a day the improvements are noticeable expecially the reduction in ankle swelling and my bid toes and nails are now turning pink again.

I can confirm that the Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus Active Foot Massager is supplied with a power adaptor which needs to be plugged into the power socket on the base of the item.
The remote control unit does not need to be plugged into the item.

The foot massager uses gentle Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to repeatedly contract and relax the muscles in the lower legs and feet, activating muscle pump action to help increase blood flow.
