About this product
Circulation Plus targets and exercises the muscles of the lower legs, helping to tone and strengthen them. With regular use, these benefits can be maintained over time. In addition to stimulating the muscles, the rhythmic contractions also activate the venous return through a process called the skeletal muscle pump. This pump action, which also occurs during activities like walking, helps return blood from the legs to the body and heart. The best part is that you don't need to focus on this, it happens automatically.

Great buy
I bought this as a Christmas present for my good lady because she is on her feet all day. At the end of the day her legs and back would be causing her pain. Since using this the pain as been reduced.

Hardly works
If you want something to exercise your feet and calves, you are on the right track. But this is the wrong product, you will have to spend a lot more money in reality. Compared to the rather more expensive options, this is more of a demonstration of what it might be like. I'm disappointed, but unsurprised really, because it is pretty cheap. on the other hand, buy once cry once, now I'm looking at buying the real thing and I'm already 100 quid down. I bought the real thing for my mum and I've tried that, it's like night and day... but cost 300.

I like using this.
I find that even though it has 99 settings, fo I have to set it to the maximum to be affective. The lower numbers i can hardly feel anything.

Hello there
I can advise the following for: Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus Active Foot Massager.
Yes, you can use the Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus Active Foot Massager without its specific gel, but you will need an alternative to ensure effective electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). The device requires good conduction for the electrical pulses to work properly.
Using the Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus Active foot massager without a conductive gel or water may lead to issues with the effectiveness of the device, skin irritation, or discomfort, but it is not inherently unsafe if used as instructed.
You can buy the conductive gel for your Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus massager directly from the Bodi-Tek website, or find it on Amazon UK by searching for Bodi-Tek conductive gel, as it's essential for the EMS/TENS technology to work.
