About this product
Bang on trend with an electric TV lifting mechanism in the end - Jakob is what we call a transformer bed. Lean against the slanting headboard and watch your favourite shows. Flip down the headboard and ta'dah, hidden handy shelves for bedtime essentials. Jakob's king size frame also includes an ingenious gas lift mechanism to raise the side of the bed and reveal loads of storage space. Jakob scores high in looks and comfort too in soft woven fabric, buttoned headboard and with sprung slats for mattress support.
But to top all that off, there's a place for your TV (up to 43") hidden away in the foot end, that has an electric lifting mechanism for a smart automated TV watching experience. Simply install your TV, and position your satellite box, DVD player or home cinema tech in the slot underneath the bed, connect everything up, and hey presto. You're good to go.

Excellent bed shame about been broke
I bought this bed and was really happy with it. Took 2 people to build and it looks fab. First time we sleep on it some slats broke. Called argos up and they nolinger have the parts and opted for a Ā£100 refund as a good will. My only problem now is finding the exact size slats. We have moved them to the bottom of the bed for now. I would suggest that you check each one before building. Apart from all of the above I would still buy this again.

To ensure you can use the headboard storage without any issues, it is recommended to use a mattress with a maximum height of 180mm. This will prevent any impact on the functionality of the headboard storage.

The supplier of the Home Jakob Double TV Ottoman Fabric Bed Frame- Natural has advised:
The dimensions of TV on footboard are Width 16cm Length 106cm and Height 75cm. The TV size can be 32"-43ā.
However the bed frame has VESA compatible mounts with 100x100, 200x100, 200x200 spacings (horizontal x vertical distance between mounting holes on the back of the TV). and as long as your TV has one or more of these spacings, then it should be compatible; but without knowing further details, we cannot be precise.
