The Doro 1380 is a 2G feature phone perfect for people who prefer making calls, sending texts and taking the occasional photos. Dialling numbers and typing texts on the large and widely spaced buttons is a breeze and viewing messages or photos on the large, clear display is easy and enjoyable. Comes with loud, clear sound for calls you can hear easily. The built-in assistance button provides users and relatives with extra peace of mind. There's an FM-radio for listening to your favourite show, and a built-in torch for lighting the way.
Doro 1380 is a dual-SIM device, making it a practical solution when you want to use two separate numbers in a single mobile phone.

The phone comes with 8MB internal memory (usable memory being 1MB), 16GB memory card capacity and 8MB RAM.

Easy to use mobile phone for a n elderly person.
My 99 year old father had a Doro 1380 that he used to communicate with his family. It was lost in the laundry, so I replaced it with the same model because he finds that phone straightforward to use. Friend and family numbers are stored in the phone, so he can easily contact us. The replacement phone is working well. The price of the phone is very reasonable.

In the United Kingdom, the Doro 1380 should continue to work in 2026.
2G Network Status: All major UK network operators (EE, Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, and Three) have agreed to maintain their 2G networks until at least 2033. Individual operators may start partial shutdowns later, but general 2G service for calls and texts is expected to be available for several more years.
3G Network Status: The 3G network switch-off, which has a faster timeline (mostly completed by 2025), does not affect the Doro 1380 as it does not use 3G.
Carrier Compatibility: Note that the Doro 1380 is not compatible with the Three network, as Three has never had a 2G network. It will work with other UK providers and their virtual operators (like Tesco Mobile on O2, Asda Mobile on Vodafone, etc.).
