I found it quite difficult to set up ringtone and volume on the handsets. I would have preferred an option for a more regular and louder ringtone.

Good Value
Although we have not used the telephones very much they seem to work as expected and seem good value. They were a little difficult to set up and there were some facilities that I didn’t understand but I probably wouldn’t use these anyway.

Not impressed with instructions
I bought this a few months ago, phone ok but instructions not good enough. It does not tell you how to delete calls, not impressed with ring tones, PB is phone book, although there is instructions on how to enter a date or time, it does not tell you how to keep the date or time on display, alarm noise very loud, what does delete H5 mean? what is flash time: short, medium or long, what is eco ring: full or half? I had to ring customer services on 0306781988 to help me with some of the basic features I needed to know but he had to look up instructions online. Some of the things I listed, I do not know what they are for, but probably not necessary for my needs.

Simple budget phone
Purchased a few months ago. Very simple budget phone. Good for just making and receiving calls. Ring tones are not your normal ones.
