I bought this for an elderly friend who needed an easy to use, frill free phone. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Good battery, well built, good volume ect and cost less than £14.

I can advise that you may change the volume of the call when using the VTech CS2000 Cordless Telephone - Single by clicking on the up and down arrows on the circular controls underneath the screen. You may also change the volume of the ringer by pressing the OK button and selecting this option from the on-screen menu.
